Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) for the first 2-3 days. Then the more you train the better your body gets at metabolising lactic acid and your recovery period gets quicker. Being sore sometimes is part of the process, and it you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you'll find that you're no longer sore.
